Did you know nearly 1 billion people don't have clean water to drink?
I'm helping raise funds to provide clean, safe drinking water to people who suffer needlessly without it in the developing world, and could really use your help!
Our donations will be used to construct a specific water project. We'll get pictures, GPS coordinates, and reports from the field, as they happen. We'll see the actual results of what we've done.
In their own words...
There is nothing more important than giving ourselves and showing love to those who need it. It is what God created us to do. We spend day after day, year after year working for ourselves, to finance ourselves, to buy what we don't need, eat what we feel like, and go where we please. What good is all our hard work if we don't share the fruits of our labor with others?
This holiday season it has been on my heart to encourage as many of my friends as family as possible to give to a bigger cause this year. We are all so incredibly blessed already with so much more than what we need, and there are so many others who could use our help. It only costs between $4,000 and $6,000 to fund the digging of a well that aides hundreds...Think of how many hundreds of dollars we spend each Chistmas buying more of what we all have enough of? Join me this year in being thankful for what we already have, and giving to those truly in need.
*Upon completion of my fundraising goal, I will be contributing 100% of the proceeds to the digging of a well in Sierra Leone, Africa. This site provides pictures of the well once it built which all contributors will be presented with : )
About Us
The Water Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that's bringing relief to communities around the world who suffer needlessly from a lack of access to clean water.
We tell stories. The story of water, the story of change, and the story of hope. These stories inspire people to raise the money needed to build wells and other water projects at schools, medical centers, churches and other public places in under-developed nations.
With monies raised, our partners in the field can do the digging and construction needed to provide clean, safe water efficiently and sustainably. They also mobilize, train, and follow-up with local communities, helping ensure long-term success.
We work closely with our partners around the world who identify, implement, report on and follow up on every project. That's how we share the whole story with you and hopefully inspire confidence in the work being done and the impact it has.

Nearly 1 billion people don't have access to clean, safe drinking water.
The Problem:
For too many...dirty, diseased water leads to a cycle of sickness, lack of education, poverty and lost hope. It is needless suffering.
The Solution:
Decide this has to change. Get involved. Help me fund a clean, safe water project.
What to Do:
Donate and help fund a well with me. Once the goal is met we'll all receive a tracking link so we can actually see the specific project we helped fund. Together we'll witness the impact our donations make.
How We Work
Working with local partners in countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda, The Water Project builds long lasting projects that are organized, owned and managed by the communities receiving them.
